1. Question: What is actually PFA perfume essence? 

Answer: It is actually a range of perfume essence inspired by hundreds of international perfume brand worldwide. Our perfume essence is pure essence, and does not contain any other elements like solvent, dpg, white oil @ aqua that can make the smell change after few hours. We sell the perfume essence in 2 sizes, 5cc & 8cc. We also have special bottles for our customers.

2. Question: Is this perfume essence safe to use @ halal for prayers (for muslim customers)?

Answer: Yes, PFA perfume essence is safe & halal for prayers because it does not contain any elements that make it non halal.

3. Question: Is the smell of PFA perfume essence same like the international famous perfume brand outside @ at the counter? Is it original? 

Answer: PFA can guarantee that our perfume essence smell is 90% close to the original smell of the international famous brand perfume. We have a lot of TESTIMONIES from our satisfied clients about our qualities of our products. However, it also depends on the suitability of the smells towards someone’s body odor. It’s very subjective. For example, maybe Miracle perfume essence smell is nice & lasting in person A but not nice & not lasting in person B. We do not classify our perfume essence as "Original" because the packaging and bottling is totally different from what you sees over the counter. But what we can promise you is the “original” smell and lasting to our customer.

4. Question: Why PFA's using the original bottle pictures in the website & the catalogs? Don’t you think that it will make customer confuse?

Answer: The purpose of using the original bottle pictures in our website & catalog is MERELY to facilitate our customer to remember the real smell of the fragrance they want to purchase. Most of our clients hardly remember the name & brand of the fragrance but they always remember the design of the bottles. We have hundreds brand of perfume essence & with help of this pictures, it will surely help our customers to choose the perfume essence they love. 5. Question:  How do I use this PFA Perfume Essence?

Answer: You only need to use 2/3 drops of this essence at your pulse area such as your wrist, behind your ears or your chest (if you want to). Scrub both wrists so that the essence will absorb. Should be reminded that this perfume essence had no alcohol in it, so it will not evaporate like normal alcohol based perfume.  If you do not scrub it, you need to wait a little longer for the essence to absorb, so it will be better for you to scrub it. You only need to use the essence slightly; no need to use it excessively because it is concentration and pure essence, so the smell is quite strong especially if you work at the air-conditioned place. However, if you’re active and sweat a lot or have body odor problem, you need to use it more than normal person does.

 6. Question: Why there are lots of colors in PFA perfume essence?

Answer: Yes, there are a lot of colors from dark & yellowish until transparent for PFA perfume essence. This colors indicate the thickness of our smell whether it is soft or hard smell. For example, Spellbound (W) perfume essence is one of the hard smell perfumes while Miracle (W) is a soft smell perfumes.  

7. Question: Why some of PFA perfume essence smell is strong & have a bad smell when we first smell it @ wear it and why some of it is soft & very nice smell when we use it for the first time?

Answer: As we informed you earlier, there are essences that smell hard & soft. It can be indicated by looking at the colors of the essence. The more dark the essence color (dark brown @ dark yellow), it shows that the essence is strong & hard smell. Hard smell does not mean it smelly @ not nice. It is just for a few moments only because there are no other elements, only pure essence. After a few moments, the natural smells will come out & it will turn to nice smell & lasting. If these are the types of perfume essence you bought, do not worry, use it as per our instruction above and let it absorb. You will see that once after the essence blend with your blood circulation, the true smell will come out and you can feel the exact smell of the essence. To name few of this type of “hard smell” fragrances are like Obsession, Drakkar, Eternity Women, Bvlgari Women, Knowing Women, Spellbound Women, Dolce Vita, Lou Lou, Allure, Paris & White Linen Breeze.

8. Question: How do I differentiate between the perfume essence that already mixed with other elements & the pure perfume essence without any other elements? 

Answer: Externally, it’s pretty hard for you to differentiate whether the essence has been mixed with any other elements or not. Only after you wear it, then only you know that its already mixed up because the perfume does not last long and sometimes the smell turn to musty @ smelly after few hours.  Nevertheless, there are several essence which could be identified that had mixed up with other elements by looking at the dregs at the base of the bottles. This happen because not all essence miscible with other elements (such as white oil). However, not all perfume essence will murky, so only when you wear it, then only you will know that the essence has been mixed ( by looking at the changes such as not last long & turn to bad smell after few hours).

9. Question: What is white oil?

Answer: White oil is a kind of oil that is transparent and has no scent. It mixes into perfume essence to dilute and dissolve the essence.

Answer: You can get this perfume essence through our DISTRIBUTORS throughout Malaysia or contact us directly. We promote all customers to get PFA perfume essence through our authorized dealer to avoid fraud and to prolonged quality assurance.

Question About Purchasing & Payment Of PFA Perfume Essence.

12. Question: How do purchase this PFA perfume essence? Is there any minimum purchase required?  

Answer: You can buy as many essence as you like. There is no minimum purchase required. You can also join our PROMOTION monthly. When you have made choices of perfume essence, you can contact our DISTRIBUTOR in your district to make the reservation or CONTACT US directly and when we receive payment from you, we will courier the order to you.  

13. Question:When is your courier day?

Answer: PFA will courier all the orders every Monday & Thursday. For Monday shipment, customer need to make the order & payment before Sunday, 5pm and for Thursday shipment, customer must make the order & payment before Wednesday, 5pm. Once after the order & payment done, customer must emel to us at patiperfume@gmail.com the prove of payment.

14. Question: How do I make payment?

Answer: You can make payment through online via Maybank2u or CIMB, or using Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) or Cash On Delivery (COD) (for those who make payment offline). For those who is using Maybank2u, CIMB or CDM, you need to transfer in the money to the account number stated at the PAYMENT part and then inform us (emel @ sms to 019-2371229) & let us know that payment has been done. PFA will check the payment & once everything is done, we will courier the order on our nearest shipment day.

15. Question: How about the courier cost?

Answer: Courier cost will be borne by the customer. For the first 500 grams, RM 6.00 will be imposed to the customer in Peninsular of Malaysia. For the next 500, RM 4.00 will be imposed. To the customers in Sabah / Sarawak, RM 10 will be imposed for the first 500gram & for the next 500 grams will be charge RM 5.00. If you’re outside of Malaysia, the delivery cost will be based on your country.
